Northern Tier Enrollment Solutions was founded by Kevin Deibert on a simple belief: every student who leaves a local school district has an impact that extends far beyond enrollment numbers.

For more than 26 years, I have worked in Pennsylvania public education as a classroom teacher and educational leader. Over the past decade, I have also served in various leadership roles, including local association president, where I have worked with school boards, administrators, educators, and community stakeholders. Along the way, I was honored to be recognized as the Pennsylvania State Education Association's Northeast Region President of the Year.

These experiences provided a unique perspective on the challenges facing public education. As cyber charter enrollment continued to grow, I witnessed firsthand the financial and educational impact on local school districts. Each student who leaves represents not only a loss of revenue, but also a loss of opportunities, programs, services, and, ultimately, teaching positions that support the students who remain.

Northern Tier Enrollment Solutions was created to help districts better understand why students leave, identify opportunities to improve retention, and reconnect with families who may be seeking alternatives. Our approach is built on listening, analyzing, and engaging families in meaningful conversations about their educational needs while helping districts highlight the programs, services, and opportunities available within their own schools.

We believe that informed families make better decisions, and that school districts deserve a partner who understands both the educational and financial realities of student enrollment.
